"HOLLYWOOD FOREVER" was an imagined depiction of Anna Nicole Smith's bedside table in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL on the day of her death. It includes the prescriptions that were found in her toxicology report, the contents of her stomach from the autopsy, as well as other ephemera she may have had with her at the time. An altered baby blanket to read "Trimspa, baby" was shown next to the bedside table installation.
